"I have been with State Farm for many years if I have any problem, they are always there to help help me get the lowest accounts when my husband passed they came to my house and got all the paperwork so I could get my life insurance fast. They are a great working team. I will never go any place else."

"I have dealt with the Jeff Bohms State Farm office for over 30 years…even before Jeff became the office’s agent. Their service level is unparalleled. Throughout many vehicle and home changes, and a few occasional claims, they have never let me down. I’ve never even considered shopping around, because I know it’s not possible for an insurance agent and/or company to take better care of my family and me. At the end of the day, almost any insurance agent can be friendly and professional when a customer’s life is going smoothly. But what counts is how they treat you when issues arise and they might have to pay for a claim. With Jeff Bohms State Farm, the professionalism remains the same at all times, in all situations. I can’t say enough good things about them. They are simply amazing. A true partner for the journey of life."

"Don't go here. They allow government license plate scanners in front of their business. Their response its ok to violate the US Constitution. Spend your money elsewhere. As veteran, if you like State Police Intelligence system with AI violating your privacy rights. Then do business there. Not my problem if you support being violated."

"We take great pride in caring for our customers—and we can confidently say that this reviewer is not and has never been a customer. Leaving a 1-star review based on an unrelated roadside issue is both misleading and unfair. It can negatively affect my agency and the people who work hard to help our customers every day. To clarify: The cameras referenced are part of a broader traffic safety effort and are positioned on all four corners of the intersection—not just in front of our location. They are managed by the road commission, which has jurisdiction over the public right-of-way. We have no control over where traffic safety equipment is placed, and these cameras are not here to randomly scan license plates, but to help improve safety at a busy intersection. We always welcome honest feedback from actual customers—but this review does not reflect a real experience with our business. "

"I called in desperate need and Leandra went above and beyond to help us without judgment. She was extremely kind and understanding. She gave us the best rate possible with adding as many discounts available with a new driver we have in our home. With also beating every quote we got from 3 other insurance agencies by a couple hundred dollars."

"Be carful with a cashier there she charges more stuff that you didn’t buy and altered the prices higher very bad experience I will never go back."

"Not going to lie, crying as I type this out. I've been desperately trying to find insurance but other companies wanted an arm, a leg, and a big toe. Not only did "Leandra R" do A LOT of work between explaining everything very well because I'm not the brightest at times, she called me back the next day eager to tell me the great news. She made the impossible happen!!! And now my Car is fully covered and my monthly payments are Affordable. Thank you So much Leandra, I appreciate you and everything you do for us clients. You went above and beyond and didn't make me feel dumb like the other companies. The world needs more kindhearted, caring people like you! Thank you"

"I had an issue with a claim that the adjuster said was not covered, I contacted Jeff and told him the issue and he fought for me with the adjuster and finally got issue resolved."

"This company just constantly taking my money can never give me a monthly bill every month. My bill is something different. I am so sick of this State Farm so my time with y’all is over. Good rhythm I refer y’all to no one."
